This policy is a general template prepared for business use and does not constitute legal advice. Blexee recommends having this document reviewed by a licensed attorney in the relevant jurisdiction(s) before relying on it as final, binding policy.

Dual-Entity Notice
Blexee operates under two distinct legal structures depending on the customer's location:

  • US & International Operations: All orders shipped outside India — including US, UK, EU, Canada, Australia, and all other international destinations — are sold, processed, and governed by Blexee LLC, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, USA.
  • India Domestic Operations: All orders placed and shipped within India are sold, processed, and governed by the Blexee India sole proprietorship, based in Kerala, India.

References to “Blexee” throughout this document apply to whichever entity is legally responsible for the specific transaction, as determined by the customer’s shipping destination.

These policies apply across all Blexee sales channels (Shopify, Etsy, Amazon). Where a marketplace’s own platform-wide policies (e.g. Etsy’s Buyer Protection, Amazon’s A-to-z Guarantee) impose stricter or different terms, those platform policies take precedence for orders placed on that channel.

Usage Rights & General Conditions

By accessing or purchasing from any Blexee storefront, you agree to these Terms of Service. Blexee reserves the right to update these terms at any time; continued use of our store after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

  • Products are sold for personal use unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Blexee reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion (e.g. suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock/production issues).

Intellectual Property Protection

All Designs Are Protected
All graphic designs, artwork, slogans, branding elements, typography, and original visual content featured on Blexee products and storefronts are the exclusive intellectual property of Blexee LLC / the Blexee brand entity, protected under applicable copyright and trademark law.

Unauthorized copying, downloading, reproduction, or commercial resale of any Blexee design is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action, including but not limited to DMCA takedown requests and pursuit of damages.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Dual Jurisdiction Clause

  • International & U.S. Orders/Disputes: Governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Wyoming, USA, except where local consumer protection law requires otherwise.
  • Domestic India Orders/Disputes: Governed by the laws of India, with disputes subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Kerala, India.
